Claudin-3 expression in gastric cancer

Abstract: Клаудины являются одними из основных белков плотных контактов эпителиальных клеток. Изменение уровня экспрессии клаудинов может приводить к нарушению функции плотных контактов, что играет важную роль в прогрессии злокачественных новообразований. Экспрессия клаудина-3 в раке желудка изучена недостаточно.
