Classifying Genotypes of Acinetobacter Calcoaceticus-Baumannii by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA

Abstract: To investigate the genotypes of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii, 100 strains of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii collected from a clinical setting were analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique.
