Classifier versus taxonomic relations in a similarity judgement task

Abstract: Compared with non-classifier speakers, classifier speakers often showed more sensitivity to classifier-oriented parameters (also referred to as conceptual saliency) such as animacy, shape and function -the purported "classifier effect".
