Abstract:Class-specific antibodies were measured by a solid-phase microradioimmunoassay in the sera and lung washings of mice after intranasal or intravenous inoculation with live Mycoplasma pulmonis and after systemic, intranasal, or combined vaccination with Formalin-inactivated mycoplasmas.
