Purpose: The present study aims to evaluate the aspects of organizational climate and culture from the voluntary contributions published in the Crowdsourced Employer Branding Glassdoor. Design/methodology: Methodologically, this is an applied, descriptive longitudinal retrospective research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach to data, whose collection took place by means of a technical survey procedure with interpretative analysis of Glassdoor users' statements. The sample was composed of 5 companies from the technological sector located in the city of Florianópolis-SC. Findings: The study investigates the organizational culture from the observations obtained on Glassdoor, verify the difference in averages between Culture and General Note of the companies observed, the perception of climate from the manifestations in favor or against the practices of the organization and relate the culture and organizational climate of the sample studied. Originality/value: Theoretically, the study points out the possibilities of evaluating the organizational climate and culture through Crowdsourced Employer Branding platforms and that the "culture" factor is a determining factor for the positive or negative evaluation of a company. In relation to practical contributions, it can be seen that the study contributes to the decision of candidates about which companies to work for. In addition, it brings the importance of companies developing a good culture and maintaining a good organizational climate. Considering that this information is accessible to people on the internet.

Faculty Training through Crowdlearning for Emerging Online Education

This paper reports a training process undertaken by teachers from the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (Salesian Polytechnic University) in Guayaquil. The process was carried out between the months of March and April 2020 using crowdlearning as a teacher training innovative initiative to face the challenge of online university education as a measure proposed by the Ecuadorian Government to tackle the health crisis caused by COVID-19. This crowdlearning proposal convened, trained and motivated faculty to face the health emergency in the academic period that was about to begin (May-September 2020). This initiative, which originated from a group of professors, summoned (voluntarily) the entire academic team from the Guayaquil campus to be part of a virtual space for the exchange of knowledge on the use of technologies for virtual education. A training experience based on virtual conferences was developed applying multiple teaching tools, exploring innovative strategies for online education, and training the academics in the use of digital tools to enhance the teachinglearning process. Beside the meaningful and effective learning on the use of online and virtual teaching-learning strategies, resources and tools, it was possible to help the teachers mitigate the negative effects of isolation such as apprehension, fear, anxiety about the unknown and uncertainty, according to what the participants stated.

Resumen-En el ámbito de la Web 2.0 se ha facilitado la implementación de un modelo efectivo en la solución de problemas denominado crowdsourcing que pretende aprovechar las capacidades y competencias de un grupo grande de individuos para resolver una determinada tarea. El crowdsourcing no es un concepto nuevo, pero gracias a las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación está evolucionando a medida que se emplea en nuevas investigaciones y aplicaciones. Actualmente, el crowdsourcing es utilizado, entre otros, en procesos de adquisición y tratamiento de información estableciendo un nuevo enfoque en el campo de la gestión del conocimiento. Este artículo presenta los resultados de un mapeo sistemático realizado a la literatura con el propósito de conocer los diferentes mecanismos propuestos para asegurar la calidad de los resultados en los sistemas crowdsourcing y las oportunidades de investigación se encuentran en torno a este tema.Palabras clave-Aseguramiento de calidad, Control de calidad, Crowdsourcing, Mapeo sistemático. Abstract-The web 2.0 have been easing the implementation of an effective model denominated crowdsourcing to find solutions for given situations. This model pretend to take the advantages, capacities and proficiency of a group of people (from few ones to thousands of peoples) to solve some tasks. The crowdsourcing is not a new concept, but thanks to information and communications technologies (ICT) it is evolving in the same way as the new ICT have been develop and applied. Currently, the crowdsourcing is using in data acquiring process and information generation, establishing a new perspective in the knowledge management field. The present work shows the results of a systematic mapping did to literature review, with the purpose to recognize or learn about several proposed mechanisms to ensure quality results within crowdsourcing systems and research opportunities around this topic.Key Word -Crowdsourcing, Quality assurance, Quality control, Systematic mapping. INTRODUCCIÓNEl crowdsourcing puede ser visto como un nuevo modelo o paradigma emergente para la solución de problemas, donde se usan las capacidades y competencias de un grupo grande de individuos (multitud) para resolver una determinada tarea [1].
