Abstract

The textbook is the processed and added edition of the textbook published in 2018. In the book the General part of a course is stated Civil law (the subject and method of the relevant industry, the principles of civil law, sources, legal relationship, persons participating in civil legal relationship, etc.) and also are characterized such subsectors of civil law as real right, intellectual property right, inheritance law.
 Conforms to requirements of Federal state educational standard of higher education the last generations. It is intended for use in educational process in the direction of reparation 40.03.01 "Law" in educational organizations of the higher education.
