Circulating microRNAs as diagnostic and prognostic tools for hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an aggressive malignancy and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Conventional biomarkers exhibit poor performance in the surveillance, diagnosis, and prognosis of HCC.
