Objetivo: Conhecer as estratégias desenvolvidas por usuários de crack para lidar com os riscos decorrentes do consumo da droga. Método: Estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório. A coleta de dados ocorreu no ano de 2011, em uma cidade do interior do Rio Grande do Sul com cinco usuários de crack que fizeram uso da droga por no mínimo um ano. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com o auxílio de gravador. Resultados: Os principais riscos apontados pelos usuários de crack são o psicológico e físico. Para reduzir os riscos os usuários referiram fazer o uso da droga individualmente, manter o autocuidado, o uso de preservativo, uso de maconha após o uso do crack, o controle da quantidade de droga usada e cuidados com o cachimbo. Conclusão: A maioria dos usuários conhece os riscos decorrentes do consumo da droga, mas nem todos adotam as estratégias de redução de danos. RESUMOTeorias psicológicas priorizam a relação mãe-filho como um fator de proteção ao desenvolvimento de adicções dos filhos. No presente estudo de caso, foi investigado o funcionamento psíquico de uma mãe de adicto a drogas a fim de verificar quais características desse funcionamento poderiam dificultar a relação com esse filho e limitar seu desenvolvimento saudável. A participante foi atendida em situação de psicodiagnóstico, incluindo entrevista semidirigida sobre o filho, outra baseada na Escala Diagnóstica Adaptativa Operacionalizada (EDAO) e o Método de Rorschach. Os dados das técnicas foram analisados e relacionados entre si, utilizando-se o referencial psicanalítico winnicottiano. Os resultados dos instrumentos possibilitaram perceber um funcionamento psíquico imaturo dessa mãe, caracterizado por dificuldades de relacionamento interpessoal e angústias que a impossibilitam de resolver seus conflitos e propiciar um ambiente suficientemente bom para o desenvolvimento psíquico de seus filhos. Palavras-chave: droga; relações familiares, teste de rorschach, escala diagnóstica adaptativa operacionalizada.ABSTRACT -Case report: Psychological functioning of the mother of the addict to drugs Psychological theories prioritize the mother-child relationship as a protective factor against the development of addictions in children.In this case report, we investigated the psychological functioning of a mother of a drug-addicted young man in order to determine which features of this operation could complicate the relationship with this son and hinder his healthy development. The participant was evaluated in psycho-diagnostic setting through semi-structured interview about her son, the Adaptive Operational Diagnostic Scale (EDAO) and the Rorschach Test. The data were analyzed and the techniques related to each other, using the analytic Winnicottian theory. Results showed an immature psychological functioning of this mother characterized by interpersonal difficulties and anxieties that make it impossible to solve and thus provide a good enough environment for the mental development of her children. No labirinto: formas de gestão do espaço e das populações na Cracolândia

This research started from an ethnography in the region known as Cracolândia in downtown of São Paulo, considered the most famous crack use of territoriality in the country. Target of state interventions since its inception in the 1990s, this territoriality remains at the heart of many programs and institutions. In 2012, the conflict erected around the operation Suffocation, there is, however, a change in the forms of management of this space: a rationality dispersion, which was intended to prevent the grouping of crack users through the use of force, to a logic of government that needs this concentrated space to run their programs. My hypothesis is that the territorial fixation combined with this concentrated mesh programs and charitable institutions eventually build a gravitational field around the Cracolândia in order to attract people with very different paths but they are there to have a wandering life. From the journey of a young man I met during the research, I argue that the state produces spaces and territoriality as Cracolândia, to induce and influence the movement of various subjects. As the character of this research shows, their movement is unceasing and unreadable, as the labyrinth image, but guided by a rationality to seek a safe place police invested to establish their "huts" and ways of life, and where there is a concentration of resources and possibilities. Thus, Cracolândia only makes sense within a broader urban experience, which involves other spaces not contingent territorially.
