Cinética de secagem de folhas de fumo e suas propriedades termodinâmicas

Abstract: As atividades pós-colheita têm a finalidade de prevenir e minimizar as perdas que ocorrem durante a comercialização dos produtos agrícolas, com destaque para a secagem. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo determinar as propriedades termodinâmicas e analisar a cinética de secagem de folhas de fumo em diferentes condições de temperatura e velocidade do ar de secagem.
