The route, known as the historical Silk Road, was reactivated in 2013 by the President of China, announcing it as the "One Belt, One Road Project." Commercial Project: It will cover significant investments covering China, Asia, Africa, and Europe, and many multinational companies will put their goods and products into service from this trade route. Since its establishment, the People's Republic of China has been the dominant power in the Asian region and constitutes the Project's starting point.China has the most neighbors globally and controls the Silk Road, making it a pioneer in the region in areas such as land, rail, and sea trade and energy security. China has made various agreements with the route countries in this Project, and the necessary infrastructure works have been started. In the commercial Project of the century, Turkey's geostrategic importance is excellent. Turkey plays an essential role in circulating multinational companies' goods, products, services, and market competition. The study aims to analyze the risks affecting the Project and reveal the Project's strategic planning process. The Project also faces some threats as it hosts too many companies, involves too many countries, and has a large amount of finance. In this study, the problems in the region were examined with the descriptive analysis method, and risk analysis was created. From the beginning to the present, the primary stages of the project were reviewed with the strategic planning process model.Eliminating the Project's risks, which is expected to be completed in 2049, will be an essential supporting factor in the effective operation of the strategic planning process.

The Belt-Road Initiative, which was presented as a modernized version of the historical Silk Road, which lost its importance with the geographical discoveries, and emerged with the announcement of Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, has a great impact area with its routes created both on land and in the sea. The Initiative, the participating countries of economic, social, and cultural aspects offers several advantages and Turkey became a member of the Central Corridor is an initiative since the beginning of the country. In this study, first of all, the history of the Belt-Road, the project finances, the route branches, and the security concerns related to the project were discussed. After that the purpose of the project and that the participants in the Belt-Road advantages and disadvantages in terms of Turkey and other countries were discussed. Finally, in light of the findings, article was concluded by making some suggestions related to foreign policy.

In this study, the historical development of multinational corporations, which have held significant positions in both the global economy and international relations since their inception, is examined, along with the roles they have played in intergovernmental relations. The aim of the study is to reach a conclusion by conducting an analysis of the content found in the literature and examining the findings and data through a content analysis method. In parallel, this study attempts to reach its conclusions by examining the regional policies of the United States and China alongside the activities of multinational corporations in the region. Additionally, the study provides examples of the impact of multinational corporations on international relations by considering high-impact capacity actors such as Apple, Huawei, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, ZTE, and SMIC. Moreover, this study attempts to understand the positions of these actors in the struggle for hegemony by comparing them through the SWOT analysis method. Comprehensive research and findings indicate that multinational corporations still play a significant role in international relations today. These corporations serve not only as negotiation tools and sources of sanctions for nation-states but also play an active role in shaping the strategic and covert foreign policy decisions of states, contributing to their direction. Therefore, this study aims to understand how effective multinational corporations are in the world and in the context of international relations, where the United States and China stand in the struggle for hegemony, and the consequences they have on the political system.
