Cicada Swarm Optimization: A New Method for Optimizing Persistent Problems

Abstract: This paper proposes a new meta-heuristic swarm optimization algorithm called Cicada Swarm Optimization (CISO) algorithm, which mimics the behavior of bio-inspired swarm optimization methods.
