Chyluria Presenting as a Non Glomerular Origin of Nephrotic-Range Proteinuria

Abstract: Background: Chyluria (excretion of chyle from the urinary tract) is a rare condition that can be mistaken for nephrotic syndrome because of its presentation with heavy proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, and edema.
