Abstract: The Żabinko exposure (western Poland) reveals the classic fluvio-aeolian succession known from studies in the European Sand Belt. Previous chronostratigraphic studies were mainly based on uncalibrated radiocarbon dates from organic sediments and thermoluminescence dating.
