Chronic pancreatitis with multiple pseudocysts and pancreatic panniculitis

Abstract: Clinicians should be aware of the manifestation of multiple pancreatic pseudocyst and pancreatic panniculitis, and endoscopic transpapillary drainage may be a effective way in this scenario.
