Abstract: Хроническое обструктивное заболевание легких (ХОЗЛ) является одним из наиболее распространённых (7,6 %) заболеваний в мире. По прогнозам ВОЗ к 2020 году ХОЗЛ станет ведущей причиной смерти в мире. Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания являются основной сопутствующей патологией у пациентов с ХОЗЛ-они возникают в 4,5 раза чаще, чем в популяции.
