Chronic non puerperal uterine inversion due to submucosal fibroid: a rare case report

Abstract: Chronic uterine inversion is a very rare and often difficult to distinguish between uterovaginal prolapse, submucous fibroid and cervical fibroid. Its diagnosis is based on high index of suspicion.
