Abstract: Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) presents as a complex hematologic malignancy with myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative features. Our case report explores the rare coexistence of CMML with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in a 63-year-old female patient.
