Chronic intrathoracic gastric volvulus

Abstract: Picture stories We report an infant with chronic intrathoracic mesenteroaxial gastric volvulus in whom the diagnosis was delayed for several months. This case highlights the need for considering this entity in infants and young children with recurrent vomiting.
