Chronic Expanding Hematoma With Progressive Osteolysis After Total Hip Arthroplasty: A Case Report

Abstract: A 31-year-old man without any other medical history developed severe hip pain seven years after right primary total hip arthroplasty (THA). Radiography revealed extensive progressive osteolysis around the cup and stem. Periprosthetic infections and adverse reactions to the metal debris were absent.
