Abstract:Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and a heterogeneous disease characterized by mature B-cell neoplasms. The standard immunochemotherapy for DLBCL is R-CHOP, which includes rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxoru-bicin, vincristine, and prednisone.
