Chromosomal abnormalities and Y chromosome microdeletions in infertile men with azoospermia and oligozoospermia in Eastern China

Abstract: Objective: The objective was to investigate the frequency and type of chromosomal abnormalities and Y chromosome microdeletions in infertile men with azoospermia and oligozoospermia to ensure appropriate genetic counseling before assisted reproduction in Eastern China.
