Chromatin accessibility memory of donor cells disrupts bovine somatic cell nuclear transfer blastocysts development

Abstract: The post‐transfer developmental capacity of bovine somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) blastocysts is reduced, implying that abnormalities in gene expression regulation are present at blastocyst stage.
