Comparison of Certain Road Accident Indicators in Poland and Selected European Countries

“…The period from 2002 to 2012 is included and data are presented in absolute values. Such attempt was presented before in [6], [7] and [8]. In order to prepare an overall assessment of road traffic safety in the compared countries on the basis of so presented statements, a conclusion can be made that both in terms of fatalities and injuries, Czech Republic is characterised by the highest level of safety, whereas Poland performs better in these comparisons than Germany and France.…”
