Choanal atresia in a cat

Abstract: This report describes a rare congenital condition and for the first time, CT imaging provided an accurate diagnosis and allowed planning for the successful treatment of unilateral membranous choanal atresia. In addition, concurrent congenital hydrocephalus was diagnosed.
