Chloroquine and Sulfadoxine Derivatives Inhibit ZIKV Replication in Cervical Cells

Abstract: Despite the severe morbidity caused by Zika fever, its specific treatment is still a challenge for public health. Several research groups have investigated the drug repurposing of chloroquine.
