Chloride Penetration into Concrete under the Coupling Effects of Internal and External Relative Humidity

Abstract: Chloride penetration frequently happens in an unsaturated concrete; in this case, the chloride migration is under the coupling effects of internal moisture and external relative humidity (RH).
