“…Obwohl die Wunddefektdeckung bei Ulcus cruris mit Spalthauttransplantation (insbesondere Mesh‐Graft mit nachfolgender Vakuumversiegelung) ein gut etabliertes Verfahren ist, findet sich in der aktuellen Literatur, sowohl in den Übersichtsarbeiten als auch in klinischen Studien, keine Erwähnung, ob eine PAP vor dem Eingriff erfolgen soll 21 . Es wird jedoch angenommen, dass eine bakterielle Besiedlung oder Infektion der Wunde zu einer schlechteren Transplantateinheilung beiträgt 22 . In einer retrospektiven Arbeit konnte eine SSI‐Rate von 16% nach Vollhauttransplantation am Unterschenkel nachgewiesen werden, die durch eine PAP mit Flucloxacillin 250 mg oder 500 mg einmal täglich für 7 Tage auf 2% gesenkt werden konnte 23 .…”
