Chiroptical detection of self‐aggregating fluorescent rhodamine conjugates: Mistakes and prospects

Abstract: Fluorescent conjugation can be considered as the chromophoric derivatization of the target, and as such, it may provide additional structure‐related information available by using circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy.
