Abstract:In the last decades, an increasing interest in the development of new syntheses of oxazinoindoles, a tricyclic backbone bearing an indole core structure fused with a morpholine ring, have been studied. In particular because these molecules often present interesting bioactive properties such as antidepressant, anti-inflammatory or antitumor activity. In the literature, a few racemic strategies have been reported so far but only four publications have discussed the enantioselective synthesis of this type of scaf… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
