Chinese herbal medicines as a source of molecules with anti-enterovirus 71 activity

Abstract: Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is one of the causative agents of hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD), which sometimes leads to severe neurological disease and death in the Asia–Pacific region.
