Chinese expert consensus on primary prevention for pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy

Abstract: ObjectivePregnancy has been identified as a risk factor for pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). The aim of this study was to establish primary prevention measures for PFD during pregnancy and reduce the overall incidence of PFD.MethodsWe assembled a panel of 36 experts, including gynecologists, obstetricians, and physiotherapists.
