To promote Finnish companies further, in 1936, the local consulate decided to publish the Finnish Bulletin for the Far East , which was particularly designed for Chinese clients (Chinese Maritime Customs, 1926 and 1932, Foreign Trade 1925 and 1930–1931; Hirvilahti & Autio, 1995: 8–11; Kauppalehti , 8 December 1926: 1–2; Keller & Shiue, 2020: 22).
