Chickenpox complications in Saudi Arabia: Is it time for routine varicella vaccination?

Abstract: These data provide a baseline for morbidity and mortality from chickenpox, and further support the inclusion of varicella vaccine in the routine childhood immunization program in Saudi Arabia.
