Chemistry of spices: bornyl 4-methoxybenzoate from Ferula ovina (Boiss.) Boiss. (Apiaceae) induces hyperalgesia in mice

Abstract: Essential oil constituents impart this spice with both antinociceptive and hyperalgesic potentially flavor-related properties.
