“…The fragments m / z 230.1021 [M – 66 + H] + and m / z 200.0913 [M – 96 + H] + were formed due to the continuous loss of formaldehyde (HCHO) of fragment m / z 260.1125, respectively. By the systematic identification strategy based on HRMS, 11 other alkaloids were identified, including N‐ acetyl‐glutamic acid (peak 5), 23 boc‐ l ‐aspartic acid (peak 6), 24 fructose‐arginine (peak 8), 25 fructose‐γ‐aminobutyric acid (peak 9), 26 lotaustralin (peak 10), 27 tyrosine methyl ester (peak 12), 28 riboflavin (peak 18), 29 N ‐acetyl‐phenylalanine (peak 23), 30 phytosphingosine (peak 64), 31 2‐[[[2‐(acetyloxy)‐1‐oxo‐2‐tetradecen‐1‐yl]amino]methyl]‐2‐propenoic acid methyl ester (HOTPM, peak 70) 32 and octadecanamide (peak 77) 33 . All these alkaloids were identified in the genus Trillium for the first time.…”
