Abstract: Cis‐β‐Chlor‐acrylsäure (II) liefert bei höchstens 30°C mit Alkyl‐ oder Phenyldichlorphosphinen (III) unter Abspaltung von Chlorwasserstoff die Alkyl(PhenylHß‐chlorformyl‐vinyl)‐phosphinsäure‐chloride (III) (Ausbeute 52 ‐ 70%).
