Abstract: Aus dem Ketonitril (I) entsteht durch Reduktion mit NaBH4 das Lacton (IIa) (80% Ausbeute), das durch Ammonolyse in das Lactam (IIIa) (88%) übergeführt wird; mit entsprechenden Aminen entstehen die N‐Alkylderivate (IIIb).
