Abstract

Über das gespannte Cyclopropylketon (IV), das aus dem Bromhydrin (III) durch Behandlung mit Dimethyl‐tert.‐butylsilylchlorid/Imidazol in Dimethylformamid und anschließende Dehydrobromierung mit Kalium‐tert.‐butylat zugänglich ist, wird das gesuchte Prostaglandin (IX) dargestellt.
