Abstract

Synthesis of Novel Isothiazole and Isothiazolo(4,pyrimidine Analogues of the Natural C-Nucleosides Pyrazofurin and the Formycins. -The title compounds (I)-(III) are evaluated for their antiviral and antitumor activity.
