Substitution reactions O 0040Synthesis and Substitution Reactions of β-Alkoxyvinyl Bromodifluoromethyl Ketones. -The reaction of β-ethoxyvinyl ketone (I) with primary amines (III) leads to cis-aminovinyl ketones (V), whilst the reaction with secondary amines (VIII) affords selectively the trans-products (IX).
