Abstract

Synthesisand Properties of 1-Aryl-2-alkyl-1,4,5,6tetrahydropyrimidines. -A general method for the efficient preparation of the title pyrimidines (V) by cyclization of diamines (IV) with trimethylsilyl polyphosphate and the evaluation of their chemical properties are presented.
