Abstract: Synthesis and Immunostimulating Activity of New 1,4-Benzothiazine Derivatives.-Title compounds such as (III) (11 examples) and (VI) are prepared and tested for their immunomodulating properties. All the products show activity in superoxide anion production by peritoneal macrophages in prednisolone-immunodepressed mice. The most interesting compounds ( IIIa), (IIIb) and (VI) are studied in comparison with standard ( Roquinimex) in the same test at lower dosages.
