Abstract

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Carbohydrate Appended Hydrazinocyclopentenes with Potent Glycation and α-Glucosidase Inhibition Activities. -Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel alkylidenecyclopentene glycohybrids like (IV) are described. Selected substances are screened against α-glucosidase, α-amylase, and glycation reactions.
