Abstract:Das aus Testosteron (I) mit Äthylenglykol in Gegenwart von p‐Toluolsulfonsäure erhältliche Ketal (II) ergibt durch basenkatalysierte Kondensation mit Isopentyl‐p‐toluolsulfonat den Ketaläther (III), der sich in verdünnter Essigsäure in Gegenwart von p‐Toluolsulfonsäure zum Testosteronäther (IV) hydrolysieren läßt. Ozonolyse dieser Verbindung in Essigsäure/Äthylacetat führt zur Ketocarbonsäure (V), die mit konz. Ammoniak bei 170°C zum Enaminlactonäther (VI) cyclisiert.
