Abstract: 1992 biochemical syntheses, microbiological syntheses biochemical syntheses, microbiological syntheses O 0035 -039Studies on the Enzymatic Acylation of Quinic Acid, Shikimic Acid, and Their Derivatives in Organic Solvents.-Derivatives such as (I) or (IV) of quinic and shikimic acid are acylated in organic solvents by several lipases.
