Abstract

Stereocontrolled Access to Optically-Enriched Oxabispidines. -A range of C-substituted oxabispidines are synthesized from commercially available chiral epoxypropylphthalimide (I) using a novel stereoselective intramolecular Mannich reaction [→(XI)] as key transformation. -(BRICE, H.; GILL*, D.
