Abstract: Colloidal nanostructures of Fe2GeS4 are synthesized by injection of a solution of hexamethyldisilazane and hexamethyldisilathiane in octadecene at 120 °C into a mixture of FeCl2, GeI4, hexadecylamine, and octadecene followed by heating (320 °C, 24 h).
