Abstract: Regioselective Palladium-Catalyzed Decarboxylative Cross-Coupling Reaction of Alkenyl Acids with Coumarins: Synthesis of 3-Styrylcoumarin Compounds. -A novel and efficient protocol for the regioselective synthesis of 3-styrylcoumarins from readily available cinnamic acids and coumarins is presented.
