Abstract

Regioselective Azidotrimethylsilylation of Carbohydrates and Applications Thereof. -This method uses Mitsunobu conditions and trimethylsilyl azide to substitute primary alcohol moieties of carbohydrates with azide groups while secondary alcohol moieties are silylated.
