Abstract: Da die technische Herstellung des blauen Küpenfarbstoffs 7,16‐Dichlorindanthron (II), die vom 2‐Amino‐1‐brom‐3‐chlor‐anthrachinon (I) ausgeht, umständlich ist, wird untersucht, ob eine einfachere Chlorierung des gut zugänglichen Indanthrons (III) möglich ist.
